Phenomenal staff, trustworthy and the only pediatric office that I’ve truly felt has listened to our concerns. We’ve left several times with free formula, protein shakes and even one time we were gifted a diaper bag when my son was first born! They stay in the room for more to an 2 minutes, taking their time out for our kids, with every appointment. They really are amazing!
Very impressed so far with all the doctors and staff. Everyone is so friendly and attentive to your needs. On our second visit we were with a different nurse but the one we had at our previous visit a week ago stopped in just to say hi and check on how we were doing, which I thought was so sweet and made me feel like we weren’t just “another patient.”
Dr. Ping and all her staff are absolutely amazing and always listen to my concerns about my children. They are also great at getting us in for same day appointments if needed.
For years and years we kept asking about our Sons legs being turned in to Dr. Ping, she kept saying she was “not worried about it” over and over again, but every time we came in we would explain our worries about this issue. Well a few years later of asking and asking. She then finally says she thinks it needs to be corrected and is worried!!! After we kept saying this for years!! I was very pleased with Dr Ping and her entire staff until recently, made accusations that ARE not true, asked my child questions that in no way related to the Dr visit. Will not return, will not recommend this Dr to anyone!!
