We absolutely love Dr. Ping and her team, have been going here for at least 5 years, have been so happy with this office my sister's and all my nieces and nephews go here as well. Any issue or problem have been resolved quickly (especially with kids in sports I feel like I'm calling allot about different things), they are very understanding with schedule changes and have almost always been able to get us in with same day sick visits. Dr Ping took care of My special needs daughter for Almost 15 years. She went above and beyond so many times We will miss her As well as the entire staff at Joyful Pediatrics. If I could give her 10 stars here, I would!
I can't speak on Dr. Ping personally as I've never met her professionally. However I called to schedule my 15 year old since insurance automatically assigned her as my teens PCP. I was told they would only see my boys if I followed the states guidelines for vaccines, including HPV, covid and flu. Those are the 3 we absolutely won't do. It is required from them for them to see my son. I understand this is her practice and she can run it how she sees fit.
