It was so clean and bright. The nail tech was fun and caring. Loved it!
The nail artist assigned to me was rushed and rough with my cuticles. He cut my skin in a few spots. The gel polish application was also poor, with uneven coats around my entire nail. I had more dead hanging skin than I did when I came in. I paid a lot of money for a very disappointing experience.
My daughter went in for an acrylic nail removal and gel polish. I called prior and asked how much, $10 for removal and $25 for gel polish. My daughter came home and let me know they charged her $51, she didn’t leave a tip because the girl was rude. Come to find out after calling, they didn’t even ask for a name they just said “oh ya she got a manicure too, that’s why”. I cannot recommend Joyful Nails & Spa enough! I went in for a pedicure and a full set, and I am obsessed with how they turned out. The work is absolutely amazing very high quality and detailed. But beyond the nails, the customer service is what really sets them apart. They are so friendly and actually take the time to talk to you and make conversation. It makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. If you want great nails and a place that treats you like a VIP, this is it!
I have always loved this place! This gel on natural nails. It’s always so clean, bright, well ventilated and staff is friendly!
