Big Mac and his wife Queenie are always amazing and our pedicures are exceptional and so relaxing. They also have great personalities and super fun to chat with. Joyful nails is our go to place its always clean and the staff is always friendly.
Queenie always does a great job on my pedicure and is so friendly! Everyone at the salon is very nice and you are always greeted with a hello when you walk in!
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after this happening twice, I felt it was warranted. I’ve made appointments on two separate occasions, and both times I’ve ended up waiting more than 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time\. That completely defeats the purpose of making an appointment\. It feels like the salon is prioritizing walk\-ins or continuing to take other clients instead of honoring the people who booked in advance\.
