I am 69 year old female yoga teacher. I have been suffering from pelvic floor issues for several years, UTI symptoms and diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis with severe burning, urinary frequency, overactive bladder and nocturia, all wreaking havoc in my life. I greatly enjoyed working with Rosemary. She is compassionate, kind, and full of knowledge. I quickly started seeing results and was so happy that I had her start working with my teenage son. I see great progress in him as well! I have been working with doctors and therapists for years where I made slow and painful progress but with Rosemary it was rapid and actually fun.
