I had an incredibly positive experience with TMS treatment at Joyful Horizon. I was having a lot of difficulties with OCD and anxiety symptoms. Initially, I experienced headaches while going through the treatment, which eventually stopped. The treatment has made a noticeable difference in my daily life. The staff are so friendly, compassionate, and organized. They routinely followed-up with me, which means so much. I felt that Dr. Heeramun was so attentive and caring and truly invested in my wellbeing. Highly recommend!
Called took information. Said they'd call back within 24 hours. It took 2 weeks. They asked more questions said they'd get back to us within 48 hours. It's been 4 weeks I called them back. They said the doctor decided my daughter isn't a good fit. On the upside the receptionist did give me a web site to hopefully get help.
Dr. Vineka is great and the first psychiatrist I have felt completely comfortable with in my mental health journey, I highly recommend her to those who have hesitations about meeting with psychiatrists. The office staff is great too!
My life has completely changed since I started coming to Joyful Horizon. I have struggled with depression for 20+ years and this is the best I have ever felt. I did TMS and am now doing Spravato therapy. Dr Heeramun is so knowledgeable and caring. The staff is seriously the best, but especially Annica at the Pleasant Grove office. She has been there through my journey and always takes such great care of me! If you are struggling with depression, make an appointment with them and see what they can do for you!!
Love coming here for my TMS. The staff is absolutely my favorite when I come in. Timely, they’re flexible with times of appointments, they’re all very personable and friendly and really do treat you as if you’re family or good friends. They genuinely are about your health and wellbeing!! TMS hasn’t been a bad process so far. It’s a quick appointment, and I’m looking forward to finishing my treatment and hoping for good results.
