I placed the order. I received the order confirmation email. But the order was never delivered, and they never returned my phone calls. Maybe they're out of business and need to take their website down.

I would not even give 1 star if it allowed... a coworker just received a dozen roses with almost all of them wilted and withered and blackening on the edges and whomever wrote the card used white out to cover up their writing mistake. Called and spoke to the owner Joyce Fields who told me i would have to take it up with teleflora. I tried to give her the benefit since it is her company but she was happy that she would not have to fix such a disaster!!!!

Business not recommended at all with this company. I put my order in with Teleflora and this company was supposed to have my girlfriend's order delivered on Valentine's Day. Instead it arrived a day late, even though it was marked delivered on Valentine's Day, when the facts were that it was not. I should have been notified that the order was going to be behind schedule and I was not notified at all. I will not do this again.

My boyfriend ordered flowers through teleflora to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They made no attempt to deliver and I received no call on Valentine's Day. They called the next morning and said I wasn't home, so didn't deliver them. I called back and asked if I could pick them up in person. I have never had to interact with such a rude and incompetent human. The woman on the phone (who is apparently the manager) barked at me that they had called me and said that I cannot pick them up.
