Please don’t go to this place! I had a bad experience from the beginning, the first therapist I was assigned to seemed very uninterested and acted like she didn’t care about anything. They would be so quick to contact me about making an appointment but then when it came to a billing issue, I had to write like 4 emails for them to finally respond & then told me that it was my fault I was billed for an appointment I couldn’t attend to because I was sick after the therapist there advised me to just cancel a day before. Giving a review because I appreciate that you are laser focused on helping women overcome many of the issues that society puts upon us.
My college has a program for students who need help. I was referred to Rosmer Mena through Baycare. Unfortunately, I was told first they dont do the "type" of counseling I need, then they told me they only take female patients. Imagine that in 2020
