I worked for Joy for almost a month and when I was owed a check for 2 weeks and even though I didn't get a full 10 days they stalled and ingored me and did not return my calls or texts, I was owed over a$1,000 And went all weekend with hardly any food and no money. they actually tried to get me to work Sunday , but I said I needed to get paid for what I was owed. DO NOT TRUST Joy. She will screw you over and not think twice about it. She’s owes me money and keeps blowing me off. A lousy $35 and won’t pay it She’s blocked me and deleted the post we were chatting it. Don’t trust her !

Joyful Cleaners committed fraud by sending me an invoice which I paid for service that were never provided. When contacted Joy said she was sorry and would send someone out as I had new tenants moving into a rental property. This song and dance continued for two weeks. I again contacted Joy for a refund and she said my money would be returned in a few days. It has been a month and at least 10 calls and I still do not have my refund. My only option now is legal recourse. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company!!!!!!!!
