Had the most AMAZING experience with Heaven. She took great care of me and understood my needs , she’s absolutely sweet and attentive. I literally had hair glue in my hair and she took her time taking it all out of my natural hair. After 5 hours I left with a beautiful silk press and pin up curls. The salon is beautiful and the owner is amazing as well ! Heaven is a miracle worker 🫶Will definitely be back!!
I had a very disappointing experience at Joyez Salon Spa. I went in for a keratin treatment in 2025 with the specific goal of **loosening my curls**, not removing them completely. I clearly communicated this before the service. After my original stylist left the salon, I was placed with another stylist who did not seem familiar with the keratin process. My daughter got a silk press and her makeup done. Ashton helped me from the very beginning with setting up the appointment and answering all my questions. She made my daughter feel comfortable and she was happy with her hair. The makeup artist also did a great job she loved her makeup. The staff was friendly and I would definitely recommend. I will be back. Thank you!
Heaven did my hair and the process from start to finish is unique with aroma therapy. ✨️ A reminder to slow down and not rush beauty process. I am beyond happy with my keratin treatment.
