I thought this place was going to be my go to place, but they are always closed. They supposedly are only closed on Tuesdays, but I’ve been there on a Monday and a Thursday and they were no open. When I picked up my gold bracelet it was missing diamonds and they blame it on the cleaning solution. I came home and only had my bracelet for 2 weeks and it’s already missing diamonds and it also broke

The staff is very incompetent and inconsiderate. I am African American and had me waiting for 30 minutes before I was serviced while they were just “acting” like they were busy when in reality they were just moving a ring to another spot and would just watch me.
