Very good customer service 10/10! Good prices for 100% 14k gold. I’ve been to many other places around HP and downtown LA and no one offers service as good as St. Michaels. Every time I repair something, it’s done fast and well. The owner is such a sweet person and so is the rest of the staff. 👍
When they first opened they were very honest and had good jewlry prices I just costume made a braclet twice the pendant came of the third time they glued and burned it will never go back again Its like cheap mexican hallow gold overpriced and not worth it even overpriced on repairs THE GOLD IS SOOOOOOO HALLOW IS WILL BEND AND BREAK

I thought this place was going to be my go to place, but they are always closed. They supposedly are only closed on Tuesdays, but I’ve been there on a Monday and a Thursday and they were no open. When I picked up my gold bracelet it was missing diamonds and they blame it on the cleaning solution. I came home and only had my bracelet for 2 weeks and it’s already missing diamonds and it also broke
