Poor quality of repair service. My wife came here last year and had a prong replaced and all 4 adjusted and the diamond fell out within 2 months. It sat i a jewelry box for a year. I went back in not knowing previous service and paid to have anniversary band soldered together and new non diamond installed. They didn't even center the anniversary band and when I brought it up they said we'll we can talk to the jewelry in 5 days. I paid for the ring and left they already had it for 3 weeks. I went to this jeweler to have a prong repaired on my engagement ring. Less than a month later I lost my diamond. I had been rocking the ring with a broken prong for a year but was concerned would lose the stone so finally went to get it fixed only to still loose my stone less than a month after repair. I said oh well, things happen and I will never go back there and have it repaired somewhere else as I don’t trust them now. .
