Terrible service. Months ago, I paid a $100 deposit for a medal with a photo of my late husband, and to this day, I have not received anything. I was told it would be ready a week after July 24, 2024, but today, February 21, 2025, when I asked about it, there was no trace of my order or my money. I feel completely scammed. I do not recommend this place and will definitely not be coming back
