I was gifted a ring for my birthday (2/14) not even an hour after my nana gave me the ring the diamond was missing! Went Sunday (2/15) to get it replaced.. but I refused to leave after they did a shitty job after 2 “attempts” I left unsatisfied! Now.. 2-20 ANOTHER diamond is missing! Asked if we can exchange the ring because clearly it’s not good quality! And they refused, only said they’d fixed the diamond, and it’s not on them for what happens after buying the ring and leaving!
