Very unprofessional people, brought my watch to change a battery on a Friday a week later they have not been able to close it, no calls to keep me informed why a week later my watch is not ready, when asked how they were going to handle the situation the woman on the phone instead to apologizing for the inconvenience she acted frustrated as I was inconvenienced them. Never doing business with them again
this place is a scam. my mom turned in her necklace to get fixed and they gave her a different one. not only did they take a month to give back, they also laughed on the phone when i confronted them about it.
