The customer service was decent, but unfortunately the food itself was very disappointing overall. The food was extremely disappointing and did not match expectations at all. We tried the orange chicken and fried rice, but both were so poor in quality that we could only take a single bite before deciding not to continue. The fried rice had an unusual smell and lacked any real flavor, while the chicken was equally bland and unappetizing. The food is SOOOOOO GOOOOOD! I ordered some Potstickers, Char Siew Bao, and Custard Bao and was so happy that the bun was pillowy soft, packed full of flavor, and the potstickers were actually crispy with a umami filling. I look forward to trying more of their menu! The atmosphere is a quaint, Chinese style with clean sitting areas, countertops, walls, entry, and floors. I ordered hot and sour soup for takeout and found SPAM in it, which was very unexpected and unappetizing. I returned it, and the staff seemed confused, later saying they had a new chef who didn’t know the recipe. They remade it correctly, but I wasted about 40 minutes driving back and forth, which delayed my dinner and made the experience frustrating. Wasted my money and my time. Never ordering from this place again.
