very disappointed. To be honest, I have been there several times. It was good. But I am so disappointed the last few times. It tastes bad and the staff said it is what it is. No, it’s not.
Called to ask about allergies. We’ve been going here since they opened. Our newborn has allergies so my wife can’t eat certain things anymore. We asked about allergies the guy says “you have allergy? I can’t talk to you about it. Just forget about it bye!” And hung up. We will no longer be going here. It’s crazy.
Food has good flavor and our server was very nice. Almost all of our xiao long bao dumplings were split or broke open so there was no broth inside. The restaurant was clean, none of our party used the bathroom
I used to have a decent impression of this shop, but the frozen dumplings I bought yesterday changed my mind. I got one pack of "Three-Delicacy" dumplings and one pack of chive and pork dumplings. It is a real shame-not only was the taste not as good as before, but the chive and pork dumplings actually smelled spoiled, so I had to throw them away. I won't be going back to this shop again.
