I will never take my mother (who has dementia) back here. She had an appointment at 4pm with an arrival time of 3:50. I got a call at 11am saying they had some openings earlier in the day, but I told them my step dad and step sister (who were taking my mother) could not make earlier. Dr. Bhattacharya was incredibly unprofessional and rude and abusive in his verbal attack on his staff person, with his voice raised so the waiting room could hear him. He also complained to me, the patient, about his staff person. He was obnoxious and bombastic at the very least. Not someone I would ever want to trust as a health care provider.

I am my mother’s Power of Attorney and in charge of her health care directive as she has been experiencing Dementia like symptoms this past two years. Despite providing this office with a complete synopsis of the situation including requested documentation showing legal and notarized proof of my ability to advocate for her snd speak on her behalf, they refused to work with me.
