Joyce's Hardwood Floors did and excellent job installing my wood flooring in my kitchen and dining area. I was very pleased! He and his team arrived on time and finished in the time frame they said. Highly recommend!
Very subpar work. He left the floor with all the glue smudge and informed me to clean it up and the floor should result in a finished product. The technician left the remaining materials such as glue and wood on the back porch open to air. There are numerous scratches on the floor and several small splinter cracks in the installed flooring. He is very sarcastic and does not appreciate a curious, inquisitive customer who is interested in understanding the expectations and installation process.
