Joyce is a cut up, pardon the pun. She gives a great haircut with a lot of friendly chatter. 4 stars instead of 5 because she’s only open 3 days a week so she gets booked up a lot but will work you in if she can.
I don't remember marking one star because Joyce deserves 5 stars. She's great.
Ok haircut, ok price. Not overwhelmed.
