We have been coming here for a few years now without issue until now. Last year she told me that my son had 8 baby teeth. This year, she said he had 11. When I asked how he went from 8 to 11, she gave no explanation. She instead focused on the cavity he had. I asked again for an explanation. I also asked for her plan to address this many baby teeth, as he is a teenager. The way she talked to us was quite dismissive, and her only focus was the cavity.
