Awful person. Stay away! Terrible scammer. She will try to gaslight you and may steal your money, then block you without returning it. In her words, do not expect her to “pamper” you. I wouldn’t waste your time. A few of my other friends also found her very rude and inappropriate, as can be seen in her responses to other bad reviews. Do better, Joyce.

Called for quote was not impressed. Barely spoke english properly. Was very expensive. They should get a traslator or speak a little more clearly
Hello, first off I want to say we did not go with Joyce wedding services however we did call them for advice and for a quote. They offered us a very competitive quote which was very fair and actually much cheaper than many that we came by. Its been 4 months now since my hubby and I got married and we chose another decorator and they kind of screwed us over. Until this day I wonder how it would have been had we used jw for or wedding.
