This office only cares about money. I literally just needed a note saying that I had been diagnosed with ADHD for my school, and for some reason I had to make an appointment for that just because I was overdue for my next appointment. Whatever, I pay the $40 copay the day before because they require that to be seen, and when it comes to my apt time after some technical difficulties I call the office because I can’t get on the portal. Joyce Weckl devalued and dismissed my concerns, and became visibily angry with me for asking if there were any other treatment options besides what she was presenting me. I essentially did not immediately conform to what she recommended, but I was not unreasonable about it either - I just had questions and concerns. I'm thankful to have found such a skilled and compassionate provider to help me. Her office was clean and the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Joyce's unique background and experience really make a difference as evident in the quality care she provides.
