Joyce is absolutely the best! My husband and I closed on our house on June 2nd! She came to closing with us and met us at the house to give us keys. She made sure if we had any questions they were answered. Checked on us throughout the whole process. Will absolutely recommend Joyce to anyone looking for a realtor!

First I want you to know that we couldn't be in Florida to look houses personally. I can't say enough to explain the amount of stress Joyce took off of us. She listened to my husband's and my needs for a house and property. Finding both of our requirements must have been challenging but you would have never know it. I was moving from Tennessee to Ocala and my realtor from Tennessee recommended Joyce to me and I am glad she did. Joyce is a very good realtor who explains everything in detail and went over all documents with me throughly before I signed anything. She made sure all my concerns were taken care of with the sellers of the home I was buying before anything moved forward. Overall I enjoyed working with her.
