Hands down, the worst therapist I've ever been to. She wouldn't ever let me talk about what I was dealing with, which is why I was in therapy in the first place. She forced deep breathing down my throat. She wanted to always talk to me about what was going on with her. At one session, (If I remember correctly it was my last session with her) she made a comment about me saying that I like going to the psych hospital and that I like it when I'm locked onto the unit I'm put on in the psych hospital.
