Bill was amazing! He was so helpful during the whole process and really took his time to make sure I understood everything and answered all the questions I had. I’m very thankful I had him as an agent. It’s obvious he truly cares about his clients and I cannot recommend him enough!
I REACHED OUT TO JOYCE AS I HAD FOUND A HOUSE I REALLY LIKED AND ASKED HER ABOUT IT THRU HER PHONE AND SHE SENT ME OVER THE LISTING INFO AND IT DID NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. I EVEN SENT HER AN EMAIL AND SAID I WOULDLIKE TO PUT IN AN OFFER AND SHE NEVER REPLIED!!!!! I HAVE BOUGHT A HOUSE THRU SOMEBODY ELSE WHO IS SUPER NICE AND AM MOVING IN IN TWO WEEKS. NOTHING LIKE GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
