Great dentist and staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Outstanding service. I know a white-knuckle patient like me can be difficult to work with, but they are amazing. I am able to feel relaxed throughout the procedures whether it is just a standard cleaning and exam, or something more like a crown. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson.
I've been a patient since 2011 and even after I've moved over 2.5hrs away I travel back to this office. Dr. Johnson and his amazing staff have always provided excellent service to me and my 3 kids. My youngest was about 18 months old and now he's 15yrs old.
Dr. Johnson and staff are the cleanest, most professional hands down. I had a routine examination for crowns/implant(s) correction due to mistakes made from my previous provider. I 100% trust the assessment of Mr.Johnson, he assured me that the next consult will outline the best course of action going forward, I have total confidence in his ability. They seem to take pride in the intent and care of patients here in Hinesville. Thank my VA for recommending me the best dental clinic in Georgia.
Haven’t had a bad experience with anyone in office personally, but I will give one star due to them being short staffed and deciding to push my appointment 3 to 4 months back even though they were the ones that Inconvenienced me. If an office is an inconvenience to a client, they should be rescheduling them as soon as possible.
Great customer service! The receptionist was very helpful with my questions and scheduling. She made sure my family and I needs were met. The office is clean, nice atmosphere with knowledgeable and pleasant staff.
