Dr. Franklin is totally awesome! She Gave me a list of foods to eat, and what not to eat, as well as when to eat. I've been practicing this diet about 2 weeks now,and I have more strength, energy, and not hungry all the time anymore Thanking God for Dr. Joyce Franklin
