We had an excellent experience with Joyce. We first spoke with her on a Tuesday afternoon just starting to look for homes. By the following Tuesday, seven days later, we had an accepted offer on a beautiful home within our price range. We will undoubtedly be using Joyce again if we ever need a new home in the Charleston area.

Joyce is a fantastic person and a realtor. She made my move to town very smooth and easy. She is a great listener and found the perfect place for me. In most real estate transactions there are always bumps and Joyce plowed through them to get the deal done. She went above and beyond.
Joyce did a fantastic job helping to sell my mother's apartment. My mother is older and Joyce did everything possible to make the transition/transaction as easy as possible for her. She helped on all fronts from organizing lawyers to getting great photography for the listing. She is a wonderful and trusted representative and realtor.
I highly recommend Joyce for any first-time home buyers! She makes what had always seemed like an insurmountably complex process realistic and doable, from connecting me to a great mortgage broker to finding me a great contractor (who was even willing to look at the house before I made a bid!!). Joyce also knows Charleston real estate and houses better than anyone and I always felt assured having her in my corner through this process.
