Great discounts and quick signings. You don’t waste 3 hours of your time and all the cars are either in-stock or have a quick arrival. Highly recommend this dealership if you are getting a car. All the cars come washed and look brand new. It also came for me a whole YEAR of warranty, if I ever needed to change parts or service.

Service appointment with Joyce Koons Honda is a great experience for me at this time. The time frame of booking is well guaranteed with acceptable waiting time. My Service advisor, Roland Murphy, is so friendly and very professional. He managed all my requests and the planned service was well communicated to me. He also checked on me and updated me about the status of the service frequently. I am highly recommending Roland Murphy if you want your appontment to be smooth and well attended.
We had a very negative experience when trying to purchase a new vehicle. We got an online price from the website that was very good, so we went in person. The sales person was okay, but they told us that the price of all Hondas would increase by thousands of dollars the very next day (Sunday 3/30) due to upcoming tariffs (which were not going into effect the next day).
