Joyce was very good at explaining the ins and outs of the homebuying paperwork and her tours were well-organized, encouraging us to take notes and look at options we might not have considered while also listening to our wish list and trying to identify those elements of the houses as well. She was very flexible and available throughout our process. Highly recommend! 10/10
