My opinion, my agent was more interested in the companies financial gains then me as a client/ customer. It wasn’t until a friend asked to review my binder in hopes of gaining my business that I learned I was extremely “over insured” and paying premiums 150% higher then I needed for the last 2+ years. Upon requesting cancellation, review for a lower premium was immediately offered; sorry too late. Lesson learned; Don’t trust a company based on their community values and know your agent personally.
