Dr Joyce George seemed ok at first then sent me for a blood test at the peoria location they use sonoran which my insurance don't cover so after waiting 40 minutes they went me to LabCorp. Then after she got the results she sent me for a cortrosyn blood test at the office in Peoria I said they don't take my insurance she said they will do it and send it to LabCorp I asked why didn't they do that before no answer. Joyce George, banner endoCRINGEologist. Aĺlllllll and I mean allllll of the bad reviews that I have read seem to be still in practice at this office. They lose test results. It's your fault. It's your health. You're the problem. That's how this endocCRINGEologist makes me feel and it looks like others too... wow.. But if you're diabetic ask to see their dietician. He is EXCELLENT, helpful patient, friendly and reassuring which is huge.. You'd want to be his friend afterwards kind of guy.
This place is a joke, even if your primary care Doctor sends you to a specialist, the specialist needs a referral with a diagnosis that the specialist can't think, of for themselves to actually look for the cause of the disease. They need somebody else to do their job. You're the specialist for a reason. I waited 3 months to be seen the nurses were rude the doctor spent 1 minute or less I can't help you. Fast forward today. This Dr. is apparently so inept, that my mother will not be returning. She was there yesterday and had to wait a very long time in a freezing office. She even asked for a blanket and of course they did not have one. The nurse had taken her blood pressure prior to the Dr. coming in and it was high. When the Dr. finally showed up, she did not discuss her blood pressure and spent two minutes. This is unacceptable! I see many other one star reviews! Why is this Dr. still practicing?!?!
Booked an appointment 6 months ago and they call me three days prior to cancel it, horrible staff, horrible office, and I'm not too sure about the Doctor, it is disturbing to know people's health and sometimes lives depends on such incompetent, unprofessional staff.
