Within a few days, I was scheduled. Jimmy is fantastic! Nice and in-depth responses to questions. He gave me a discount for being a military without my asking. Additionally, I adore that you text a picture of a technician and a brief description of them! That made me feel more at ease when someone new came to my door! You just won a long-term client, and I hope Jimmy comes back for the remaining two tasks when we are ready!

I just called them to fix my air conditioner, and they were on time, and did a great job. I told them what I needed and they did exactly that. They also offered very good advice on how to maintain my AC in the future—which I have taken!
