Joyce is honestly the best provider I've ever had. She always listens, is never rushing through the appointment, takes the time to find me additional resources and literature to read about whatever I've been seen about (because she knows I will Google myself into a panic). My 75 year old mother made an appointment in January. Today she got a text confirming the appointment and she hit the 2 instead of 1 to confirm she called the office and they told her they already booked someone else! This is absolutely ridiculous! I had to take off to take her now I am loosing a day of work and she can't get her medication because of this!
