They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Most of their staff were friendly. I was fairly satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Only thing is the waiting time is usually very long. There are a couple of times I have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours to get to see the doctor.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The office was easy enough to find. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.
