From the experience I know from miss Joyce well experience very good at helping others when needed great realtor
Terrible realtor. Very shady. Took advantage of my husband while he was having heart surgery. Referred a buyer for our rental properties and did a fraudulent loan on one of our buildings to purchase another building of ours. The buyer ended up collecting the rent on the properties and not paying the mortgage to us or the taxes. The other loan holder was defaulted too. But when we finally sold the property to a legitimate buyer, we had to pay all the back taxes but Joyce Chappel had her hand out for her commission.
My experience with Miss Joyce was very good even though I wasn't able to get into one of her properties the experience was talking with her and her helping me out and her telling me she would exceed past her limits to try to help me find a building that would be best for my use
