I wish there was a “no” star option. I was a customer of this office, for more than 30 years. The incompetence at this office, and in claims was inconceivable. After two years, the storm damage on my house is still not fixed, they made meetings with me, never called, and shockingly it only only took me 14 requests in one week to get my hard copy insurance paperwork sent to me.
