I recently had an appointment with Dr. Joyce Peji at the Northside office, and I feel compelled to share some feedback. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Was hopeful and it went downhill from there. I never spoke about it to anyone but just had a nagging feeling to not do this with this doctor. I was "SEEN" 45 minutes after I arrived, but never heard. When I asked questions I felt I was irritating her because she held the sides of her head and closed her eyes as though I was interrupting. I had one of the most disheartening and frustrating medical experiences with Dr. Joyce Peji. From the moment the visit began, her bedside manner was dismissive, rushed, and frankly unprofessional. She consistently overtalked me, ignored my concerns, and seemed visibly irritated—as if she didn’t want to be there. Dr Peji is very knowledgeable, efficient and communicates effectively about the procedure before and after. She offers opportunity to follow up with her with questions after the results come back. Her staff is extremely friendly and supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Peji and am glad to know she is a healthcare resource for me should I I ever need it.
