Joyce is a blessing, she doesn’t just give up when things don’t line up, she went above and beyond to not only treat and speak to me like a human being but to be fully transparent and took the time to think outside the box to accommodate our needs. Joyce did an outstanding job representing my client throughout their home purchase. She was committed to protecting their interests every step of the way and negotiated a great deal on their behalf. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication to achieving the best possible outcome were evident from start to finish. Any buyer would be fortunate to have Joyce in their corner.
Joyce was completely unprofessional and rude via email, insulting both me and my husband by implying we didn't understand how 'exclusive realtor agreements work'. I sincerely do not recommend working with her as she will try and sell her services before truly getting to know you first (as it should be). Unfortunately I have to give at least one star, but I would give zero if I could. Avoid at all costs.
Joyce gets a 10 out of 10 stars . She goes above and beyond she puts the house she’s selling on top priority At least that’s how she makes you feel she works Tirelessly until you’re home get sold. I met Joyce at another Home that I was looking at and we quickly became friends. I liked her the instant I met her on how she presented that lovely home. She truly cares about her clients I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for selling your home. She truly is to me the best person to sell your most important investment
