ughhh Joybird is the literal worst to work with. I've been waiting 2 months for a couch, no one answers when you call, text or chat. It takes multiple days for a response on email and even when they do reply, they dont answer your questions. Its been shockingly bad. First and last time I will ever by from Joybird.
Joybirdfurniture is beautiful and comfortable. It was an actual joy , shopping at joybird in DC. Brittany was so helped and patience. Highly recommend coming into the store vs ordering online.
Taynsha Carr & her other co-worker (forgot to catch her name) were wonderful and helpful! The customer service is amazing. We loved the different style couches to look at and sit on. We are looking forward to our delivery in the coming weeks. Ordering the couch and scheduling delivery dates went smoothly. Photos to follow upon delivery.
Brittany Pete is fantastic. We came into Joybird with a loosely formed idea and she put our vision together all while helping two other customers. Couldn’t be happier with Joybird and Brittany.
