About this business

Long before the bustling borough of Brooklyn became the mecca for celebrities, hipsters, and artists alike, Joya's been serving up delicious Thai dishes since 2001 in Cobble Hill. Our unique dining experience and lively ambiance have made us the neighborhood cornerstone for over 15 years. In a city filled with tight spaces, cramped sidewalks, and small apartments, our eatery boasts three roomy areas so you can dine comfortably and among good company. My first time there and I loved everything. The food was delicious, the mango margarita was delicious, the service was excellent. Next time I visit NY I will visit Joya again no doubt.

#joya Thai restaurant at 215 court street in Brooklyn, do not enter this establishment!!! The owner/manager was rude and disrespectful to my mother this evening! Food is cheap, but bland. If you're unfamiliar with Thai food and savory flavor, then you'd disagree with me. Parking is horrendous, no fault on them. Service is impeccable.

My husband and I moved away from Carroll Gardens 9 years ago but we recently went to dinner at Joya and were happy that it was as good as we remember if not better! Extraordinary really. And the icing on the cake was when I spoke to one of the owners he remembered us and warmly welcomed us back. What a great place--the food, the drinks (mmm, that mango martini), the lively ambiance and especially that after a long absence we felt like it was still our neighborhood favorite. We'll be back soon! Class act.
