About this business

Joy Yee's Noodles opened in evanston in 1993 and our second location in Chinatown Square in 1996. We were the first in the midwest to offer Taiwanese style bubble teas. Going a step further, Joy Yee's was the first to combine the South Asian fresh fruit freezes(smoothies) with the popular tapioca balls. Joy Yee offers a large variety of some of the most popular Asian dishes using only the freshest ingredients. We pride ourselves on offering new and exciting dishes

It was my first time trying Pho! The food was amazing and the service was even better! Already making plans to return with more family. We had a family day and my kids and hubby really enjoyed the food as well.

My fiance and I were seated quickly, but it took a while to get our food. It looks like they were short staffed. I asked for the hot and sour soup as an appetizer, which was really good, but it came with the entree. Probably lost in translation. The most enjoyable treat were the smoothies. I ordered the Taro Tapioca Freeze and it was delicious. My fiance enjoyed his pineapple banana smoothie as well.

Good food but staff isn’t friendly, maybe it’s cultural. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Yesterday, my husband and I went for the first time and LOVED it! Order the matcha bubble tea, or the mango lychee smoothie! You won't be disappointed! :)

they took down my comment because i guess it wasnt a nice one BUT it was truth, they are so nasty and almost xeno against any other race, took over an hour to get our order, the waitresses kept giving us nasty looks and made faces when we asked to order extra stuff, JOY YEE, if you have people working like this you wont get a good review. it "was" nice when it open now, now yo have waitresses that expect tip and dont give good service.
