i bought a Probook lap top a few months ago at Target, bar code no. TA341491, Serial no. 5CG7035PR3, HP Probook 640 G2. Although I was told it was about 4 or 5 years old and used, it serves its purpose for me using email and surfing the web. I find it very useful. There are a lot of things that I do not know about all of the features. I like the ease of it in typing on the keys.
My husband bought me a refurbished computer from them at Christmas. It broke in the end of June. The computer died and could not be rebooted. Husband contacted by phone the company, the phone rang, was answered and sent to a recorded voice message saying you are caller 2, please hold, then he was hung up on.
