I've been seeing Dr Stowell for about 10 years now and she is such a great listener and will actually collaborate with you on your care rather than just barely listening and writing you prescriptions like other doctors do these days. She's genuinely interested in getting to the root of the problem and resolving it in the way that is truly the healthiest and in the patients best interests- and wishes! I recommend everyone to her. She is one of best doctors I have ever had. She cares and listens and makes sure you get the care you need.
I love Dr Stowell. She always makes me feel like she’s truly interested in what’s going on with me.
I've been seeing her for about 3 years and had many problems with her staff. I take federally regulated medication and there are many hoops a patient must jump through to fill the prescription. Though I have no problem fulfilling my part, they could not communicate to me what I needed to do in order to fill my script each month on time. One of these hoops is a urinalysis done periodically. So far, Dr. Stowell is the only doctor with SSM I'd recommend to anyone. That said, she is one of the best. She takes the time to know her patients and asks all the right questions. You never feel like she is just going through the motions.
I've been seeing Dr. Stowell for over a year and she is wonderful, compassionate, caring and thorough. She listens well and has seen me through several health issues, surgeries, etc. She made phone calls in difficult situations to get me in with specialists immediately. Her staff is friendly and caring and I haven't had the long wait like so many other offices.
Have been a patient of Dr Stowell since she came to troy and would highly recomend her to anyone.
