There are not many good technicians there. I’ve been going to this salon for years till I found a decent tech. I heard clients complaining how painful it was with some technicians. I was waiting for my appointment that was booked over 2 weeks ago for almost an hour. . And it’s not the first time. Total ignorance, no apology. No one cares.

I am only giving this place 2 starts because the first time I went I was very happy with my nails and asked for the same girl. But when that time came they placed me with someone else who did not care they were hurting me…told me that I cannot do tips because my polish will come out too thick, and did not care to take care of their errors (streaks through my dip polish and some cracks). Very clean and busy salon. I made an appointment for my Mother and I and was very pleased. Lots of colors to choose from. I wanted an understated natural. They did a great job!
