I've been going here for the past 2 years and haven't had any issues until the last couple months. The quality has gone down, my gel nails peel off within a week. I've always made an appointment before going, and have had to wait up to 30 minutes for service. They also give you the option to select a technician when making the appointment but very rarely actually put you with your preferred technician.
Going here many years now. It's immaculate, staff is pleasant & I'll stay because I love my technician!
I’ve been coming to this salon for many years, but my recent visits have been extremely disappointing. The service feels rushed and rough. Some nail technicians don’t clean the cuticles at all. the owner is always busy chatting with staff, and they don’t really care about the customer experience. I’ve also heard many clients say that they use the drill very roughly on your nails and don’t care if it hurts If you’re getting acrylic nails,don’t go to #6 and #7.
The lady who apparently runs the place was rushed. She's not as good as her employees. I'm not someone that complains while I'm there, but I remember the service because I do not like confrontation. I felt a lot of pain as she ground down on my natural nails. Her employees give more than a 30 second massage. She missed a chunk of paint on my nail. She was more focused on her future customers, than the person in her chair. She needs someone else to handle things or she shouldn't take customers. A painful, miserable experience... read more
There are not many good technicians there. I’ve been going to this salon for years till I found a decent tech. I heard clients complaining how painful it was with some technicians. I was waiting for my appointment that was booked over 2 weeks ago for almost an hour. . And it’s not the first time. Total ignorance, no apology. No one cares.
