Very rude, very unprofessional and misleading I used him to rent an apartment he and the owner lied to us. Rent us apartments with no heat both me and my baby got sick. And all I contacted him up til this day he hasn’t responded. But time will tell. He even lie to us saying the landlord doesn’t live at the apartment. I can write soo much things that he lied about. I wish I didn’t have to click the star so my review could post but I have you ZERO ZERO you doesn’t even deserve 1 start.
I used Rich to buy my first home in Milford back in ‘08. I had such a great experience that I used Rich again when I moved from Milford to Trumbull. He’s a fantastic realtor and skilled negotiator that I’d highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling.
Impressive level of knowledge of the market and ability to make a complicated process easier to navigate. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend.
