I decided to go to this nail shop to get a manicure with dip and a basic pedicure. The last time I went was 20 years ago and didn't return. I forgot why until I got my nails done 8/15/24... And I remember why I never went back! Kim did my nails. I specifically told her how I wanted my nails done. She didn't do as I instructed. I told her dip with Mani and apply my personal curved nail extensions. Instead she used hers which were flat. In that case I told her to make them curved and square and use the dip powder. Do NOT COME HERE! Unprofessional and sloppy job! I got a fill manicure and the woman did such a sloppy job by rushing and still demanding a tip even though my natural nail was still visible and a nail was going to FALL OFF and the nails were ALL UNEVEN. I had to instruct her ONE BY ONE to tell her what to fix or else she wouldn't do it. She also kept pinching my nail while filing to "shape it" instead of starting all over leaving me with CUTS!!! I got my toes done by an older woman named Tanya. She made my toes bleed. The first time she did them she did not clean my toe creases or trim the calisus. She just did the gel. And the bare minimum. This time around I had to tell her to please clean the creases and trim. And she did but was very rough and cut my flesh so short I bled. And dug in so deep the experience was very painful. I'm very disappointed. I paid 51$ plus a tip. I won't be returning to this location.
