Very disappointing experience at Joy Nails. I made an appointment hours in advance but was still passed between 3 different nail techs, all of whom seemed irritated the entire time. I spent $80 plus tip and left with chrome powder and paint residue all over my cuticles, and the design looked nothing like what I asked for despite it being simple. My review for Joy Nails is long overdue! Been coming here for a couple years now and have not gone anywhere else. I get gel-x and it’s always on point. My most recent set is the chrome French tips done by Nancy and I have gotten compliments on them everywhere I go!! (PS - if you still get acrylic, this is your sign to switch to Gel-X! They are lighter, look more natural and saves you time in the chair!) I get French tip on my toes and they always come out cute too. I have been going to joy naila for years and Nancy neverrrrr disappoints!!! I show her what I want and she knocks it out the park EVERY TIME! LOVE HERRR! thank you!!!
Very bad experience on the customer service side. They told me one price then charged me a different price. When I brought it to there attention they told me because it was gel polish and I told them no I said no to gel she then looked and said oh we charge more because its a french tip ( this was on my daughters toes) so she didnt know what she was talking about and charged me more then what I was told when I walked in $65 for full set of acrylic and $12 to paint my daughters toes they wanted to charge me $95 at the end.
