I went to this nail salon last week, and the experience was disappointing. The nail tech didn’t clean my nails thoroughly—I even had to file and clean under my nails myself afterward. The service I paid for was supposed to include a hot towel and hand massage, but she had to ask me if I wanted it, and even then, she didn’t do it. She also did my eyebrows terribly—they were uneven and out of shape. I was so disappointed but still paid and walked out quietly. Definitely not coming back.

Awful service don’t go. The nail tech didn’t listen to what I wanted. I went in with long nails and she made them way too short. Then she tried to convince me it was because of the shape I wanted- which was not true I get my nails done all the time and I wanted the same shape I went in with. I will going not be going back. Don’t waist your money and go to a place that listens to their customers.

The ladies are super friendly and the service is amazing!! Took their time and I was completely emerged in relaxation and “Joy”. Definitely recommend the pedicure and manicure experience!! Worth every dime😊
