Hana was no longer working at Joy Nails on the date that negative review was posted about her. I know because I’m a long time customer of Hana’s and she now works at Melinda Nail 2. Hana is the best! That’s why I’ve followed her to the place she works at now.
Rachel does a wonderful job each and everytime I schedule my pedicure and nail services. She is accommodating to my request and does a wonderful job. I’ve been a customer since the 90’s, and I can confidently say that I’ve experienced professional services every visit. Julie and her team do a wonderful job with clients in creating a personable experience with each visit.
I love going there to do my nail and feet I always get Rachel she do a good job and take her time in my feet and nails 🥰
I will only go to Joy Nails. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Rachael does amazing work and is very accommodating. I call and she tries to fit me in ASAP. Im am picky about certain things and Rachael knows but still listens and will do her best to make sure im happy.

If you dont like and not agree what im did , why you paid( you told me you dont pay if you dont like it and i told you ,you dont have to pay if you not happy) We have camara , your voice , your receipt to paid for that , we got every thing ...
