I was looking forward to supporting a local business. I called a couple days prior to make an appointment. Whoever answered the phone made me an appointment specifically for Monday. So I thought. I arrived at the agreed upon time only to be met with confusion. She said she did not recall anyone making an appointment for that time. Awesome Spa all the way around! My only concern is only do what the Customer asked for. I only wanted my hang nail removed, not a pedicure! We have been struggling for food lately, extra $45.00 could have went to food or bills! I didn’t think she was charging for this as I didn’t ask for it, thought Mrs. Kim was wowing me.
