I got a gel manicure and pedicure and 7 days later the polish started peeling off. This is the shortest time a gel pedicure has lasted me.

I am more and more disappointed with Joy Nail. I just walked out after waiting 15 minutes when I had an appointment. They told me that many clients walked in right before I arrived which was 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. So what’s the point of making an appointment?? I’ve been a long time customer but the new management seems to be unorganized and overwhelmed. I’ll be looking for a new nail salon.

I was a regular customer at Joy Nails for 3+ years and I loved it at first, but over time the service became rushed and low quality. I will start by saying I only ever got dipping powder, and a basic pedicure, one color, no art, nothing fancy. Dip removal was not done properly (short soak times followed by excessive filing that often hurt), nail shapes were uneven, cuticle care skipped, and the finished product looked thick and uneven. This is one of the best nail salons in the area. Everyone is so friendly, they follow instructions, and have clean, neat professional workspaces. They do a great job every time and I always get so many compliments!!!!! Highly recommend.
